Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid
Atletico Madrid could be the best team to take advantage of Barcelona’s recent misfortunes as the Madrid outfit have been able to get some incredible results at the Camp Nou over the last couple of seasons. Furthermore, Atletico have been on a brilliant run of form due to the striker Antoine Griezmann squad in plenty of goals. He has been able to respond to Diego Costa’s arrival in great fashion unlike Philippe Coutinho, who has been a mediocre signing so far for Barcelona. There have been several draws for the Catalan club in the recent matches and this has reduced their La Liga lead.
Real Madrid vs Getafe
The loss against Espanyol brought Real Madrid back to square one, as it comes at a time when the club and just seemed to be going through a strong run of form in terms of results. However, the lack of positive results for the club in terms of the away form would not be surprising considering the number of goals that they have conceded. Getafe have been a strong outfit at the back and it will be difficult for Madrid to get their usual large number of goals. This match could be a close fought in the Santiago Bernabeu but Getafe can just come out in front.
Valencia vs Real Betis
Valencia are hoping to benefit from the defeat for Real Madrid in the last league outing as they are up against a Real Betis. The Real Betis outfit may have done extremely well in the recent games but absence of key players could be a problem for the visitors. Valencia have been able to recover their form after going through several defeats but they still need to be much more consistent if they are to close the gap on Madrid even further and potentially go back to the third place. The lack of goals from forward players is a problematic area for Valencia.
